Sheesham Direct – Shipping FAQ

All products featured on SheeshamDirect.co.uk include UK mainland shipping!

If you have questions about any of our products or the status of your order, please feel free to contact us by phone or complete our short contact form and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have a question about an order you have just placed, please keep in mind that it usually takes 48 to 72 hours before orders are processed.

Shipping FAQ

Upon making a purchase, how long is it before my order is shipped?
It usually takes 48 to 72 hours before an order is processed and shipped. Depending on your UK address, it can take up to 3 weeks for delivery of your order.

Do you accept orders outside the UK?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept international orders.

Where will my order be shipped from?
Our Sheesham products are imported from Jodhpur (Rajastan) in India and then shipped from our warehouse in Cheshire, UK. All items are thoroughly checked before being shipped.

What if I order a product and it is not in stock?
If your order is out of stock, we will contact you either by phone or email to let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. As our products are imported from India, out of stock items can take between 8-12 weeks to arrive at our warehouse. If you have questions about the status of your order, please feel free to contact us.

What is your return policy?
Once your order is delivered, any damage to your product must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours.

Do you do custom made products?
Yes we do! If you need a piece of Sheesham furniture made to a particular design or size that is not in our range, then we can have it made to measure for you. You just need to first complete our short contact form and a representative from Sheesham Direct will get back to you by email or phone. Please include as much information about the dimensions, wood colour etc. and we will get back to you with a quote and details on how to order and delivery timescales.

Please note: 50% deposit is requested for any custom made jobs undertaken.
