Free delivery to most of the UK

Our prices include free delivery to most UK destinations. More remote destinations, for example the Scottish Highlands, will incur an additional cost. If in doubt please contact us for details. Shipping will display as £0.00 at checkout unless there is a cost to deliver to your area.

Upon making a purchase, how long is it before my order is shipped?

We only offer for sale furniture that we have in stock.

Most small items (Parcels) are despatched within 3-working days and larger items (Pallet) within 5-working days.

We will email or phone you when we have the item ready for dispatch. We will then organise a delivery day that suits you and email a link for you to track the delivery.

What if I live in the Highlands or Islands?

The average cost of small items to BT postcodes is approximately £19 – next day with tracking. The average cost of a pallet delivery is £60. Please contact us on  0845 652 0479 and we can organise the delivery and payment by card over the phone.

Do you accept orders outside the UK?

We can organise deliveries to Southern Ireland. However, at this time, we do not accept other international orders.

Can I pick a delivery day?

Yes you can choose a specific delivery day (Monday to Friday). Please include your preference when placing your order. Please give us as much notice as possible or phone 08456520479 before placing your order and we can help you organise it.

If you would like delivery on a Saturday please contact us for a quote.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Our Sheesham products are imported from Jodhpur (Rajastan) in India and then shipped from our warehouse in Cheshire, UK. All items are thoroughly checked before being shipped.

What if the product I want is not in stock?

If your selection is out of stock, please phone for an estimated availability date  As our products are imported from India, out of stock items may be in transit or can take between 8-12 weeks maximum to arrive at our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

Once your order is delivered, any damage to your product must be reported to us, in writing or by phone, within 24 hours. If possible please provide pictures.

Phones will be answered 7 days  a week 08.00 to 22.00

If you change your mind and wish to return the goods, within the seven day cooling off period, you must pay for the return of the goods. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, either by email or to our address in Cheshire. Please contact us and we can help arrange the return.

Deposits for Made to Measure items are non refundable.
